How To Make Sure You’re Receiving Our Emails

Are you subscribed to our emails but aren’t receiving them?

Our emails keep you connected to updated pricing, special offers, and upcoming events—but only if we land in your inbox, not spam. See below on how to mark [email protected] as a safe sender.

You can update your email preferences at any time by visiting the “manage email preferences” link in the footer of any Loeb email.

Gmail | Outlook | Apple Mail | iCloud Mail | Yahoo

Gmail (desktop)

  1. Open an email from us in your inbox
  2. Hover over the sender name until a window pops up
  3. Click the Add to Contacts icon in the upper right
  4. Optional: Move any previous emails from Spam to Inbox to help Gmail learn your preference

Gmail (mobile app)

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Tap the three dots and select Report not spam

Outlook (desktop)

Classic Outlook

  1. Select an email from us that went to your Junk folder
  2. In the Home ribbon, click on Junk to open an options menu
  3. Choose Never Block Sender

New Outlook (includes Outlook on the web & Outlook.com)

  1. In Settings, go to Mail and choose Junk email
  2. Scroll down to Senders and select the Safe senders and domains tab
  3. Select + Add safe sender and type in [email protected]
  4. Click the OK button and select Save

Outlook (mobile app)

From Junk folder:

  1. Select an email from us
  2. Tap the three dots and select Not junk
  3. In the Marked as not junk pop-up that appears, tap Ok to add [email protected] to your Safe senders list

From “Other” inbox tab:

  1. Select an email from us
  2. Tap the three dots
  3. Select Move to Focused inbox
  4. In the pop-up that appears, choose Move this and all future messages and then tap Move to folder

Apple Mail (desktop)

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Right-click email address at the top of the message (or hold the Control key while clicking if you have a one-button mouse)
  3. Click Add to Contacts

Apple Mail (mobile app)

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Tap the sender name at the top of the email
  3. Tap Add to Contacts or Create New Contact
  4. Confirm and save the contact

iCloud Mail

Add contact from message (desktop & mobile):

  1. Open an email from us
  2. At the top of the message, select the sender name or email address
  3. In the pop-up that appears, select Add Contact

iCloud Mail

Add to iCloud Contacts (desktop):

  1. Sign in to your iCloud account
  2. Scroll down and click Contacts
  3. Click the plus (+) icon in the lower left corner and select New Contact
  4. Add [email protected] to the email address field and click Done to save

Yahoo Mail: Mark as “Not Spam”

  1. Open your Spam folder (you may need to click/tap the three-line menu to find it)
  2. Open an email from us (mobile only: tap the three-dot More icon on the message)
  3. Click/tap the Not spam option

Yahoo Mail: Create Filter (recommended)

Note: Yahoo Mail filters are prioritized from the top down. Make sure your new filter is at or near the top of the list.

  1. Click the three-dot More options icon and select Settings
  2. Click Filters and then Add new filters
  3. Set a filter name (e.g., “Loeb emails”)
  4. In From, enter [email protected]
  5. Choose Inbox as the destination folder
  6. Click Save when finished
