Higher Learning for Better Service

Training at Loeb Electric is serious business. That's why some of the finest minds at Eaton trained over 50 front-line Loeb employees who help customers get the right products for their application. This was the second intensive training session for Loeb employees this spring and serves to underscore our commitment to ongoing employee training that strengthens what we think is the best customer service in the city.

The first Eaton training session focused on residential distribution applications, while the latest session targeted the even more technical commercial applications. Each workshop ran for 8 hours and involved hands-on training, testing, and group work. Including prerequisite work and testing, a total of 41 hours of training was completed by each employee and brings Loeb Electric to a an even higher level of electrical distribution competency.

With a highly trained sales and technical force, stock levels that provide same day service for customized panels, and even an online Panel Builder application, Loeb Electric has established itself as one of the top performing Eaton distributors in the country.
